Fehlo prices net, plus VAT. A BugSnag event is an exception or crash, roughly one error at Fehlo.
When BugSnag fits better
- You mainly build mobile apps and want stability scores and benchmarks per release; Fehlo has no release health.
- You need more than 30 days of history: BugSnag Select keeps 60 days.
- You need on-premises or SAML in the standard offer.
- You have many users at low volume: BugSnag Select has unlimited users.
When Fehlo fits better
- Data and contract partner should be in Germany.
- You want uptime monitors and status pages in the same tool.
- At medium volume: 500,000 events cost €29 a month at Fehlo.
- You want SDKs that also work with Sentry, GlitchTip and other compatible services, rather than a vendor-specific protocol.
Switching
BugSnag and Fehlo use different SDKs. Replace the BugSnag SDK with the sentry SDK for your platform, set the DSN from Fehlo, and upload source maps or debug symbols with sentry-cli. The guides show how for each framework. Start with one project and run both for a week.

Questions
Can I use my BugSnag SDK with Fehlo?
No. Fehlo accepts events from the sentry SDKs. You swap the SDK; calls like notify become captureException.
Does BugSnag have an EU region?
We found none on the pricing page, docs or subprocessor list on 24 October 2026. SmartBear lists AWS in the USA and Ireland and Azure in the USA.
What about Insight Hub?
SmartBear marketed BugSnag as Insight Hub for a while. On 24 October 2026 the old Insight Hub address redirected to bugsnag.com.
